Angela Ciminello is the Vice President of Development and Marketing at Wartburg, a premier provider of senior residential housing and healthcare services located in Mount Vernon, NY. In her current position, Angela has expanded Wartburg’s presence in the community by partnering with local senior and healthcare centers, corporations and individuals to forward Wartburg’s mission of providing ministries of healing and hope through comprehensive services that nurture the body, mind and spirit of those entrusted to their care.
In 2016, Angela was named one of 914 Inc. Magazine’s “Women in Business” honoring “Westchester’s most powerful executives, entrepreneurs, and government and nonprofit leaders.” Angela is also featured in Marquis’s Who’s Who in America in 2017 and is the recipient of the Servant Leadership Award 2017 for her community service work by the Mount Vernon Congregational Church.
Angela has dedicated her career to helping nonprofit organizations secure the funding needed to continue their vital missions, including working with chapters reach their fundraising goals nationally at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and starting a development program at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, both in White Plains. Angela is a board member for the Plagiocare Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing plastic surgery for pediatric facial deformities to ensure each child lives their best life, the Mount Vernon Parks Conservancy and Theodore D. Young Community Center in Greenburgh, NY. She also raised over $10,000 for cancer research through The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training program when she hiked the Grand Canyon.
