Jim became the Director of the Westchester County Consumer Protection Department in 2018. Prior to that appointment, Jim was elected to 11 terms on the Westchester County Board of Legislators representing District 11 (New Rochelle and Pelham). He was one of the most independent and bipartisan legislators during his 21 years.
