On The Inside is a conversational style 60 minute Talk Radio Show and Cable Access TV Show. Focusing on interesting and timely topics such as better school food, music festivals, popular culture and art, to outdoors event coverage and family interests

Aaron Kershaw was born and raised in Westchester County. Graduating from New Rochelle High School in 1998, with a concentration on Communications and Video Production. He entered the United States Marines a year after graduation, serving almost 3 years. 

As a US Marine Aaron, served in Northern Iraq during Desert Storm with the 24th MEU. During his second European tour he was injured and subsequently honorably discharged with honors from the US Marines.

Aaron has enjoyed a successfull business career winning local acclaim and awards from the New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce. A 2005 Rising Star "40 under 40" award recipient from the Business Council of Westchester. Founding Westchester1.com in 1997, growing it into a successfull Multimedia Production House serving Manhattan, Westchester, and Connecticut.

In 2002, Aaron started hosting a Westchester1.com sponsored Radio Talk Show on WVOX 1460am. After numerous guest appearances on other shows, Aaron was afforded the opportunity to showcase and highlight living in Westchester, covering entertainment, politics, businesses, lifestyles and more.

Since the inception of "On The Inside Radio Show", Aaron has interview well over 300 guests including multiple Olympians, Artist - Peter Max, Dr. Max Gomez - NBC, Judge Alex Ferrar - Fox5, Local Politicians, Musicians, and everyday citizens with something to say...

for 2007, OTI will focus more on family values, local activites, and vacation get-aways.
